BizSend — Privacy Policy

BizSend ("the extension") adds business messaging tools — bulk sending, auto-reply, scheduling, quick replies, and contact extraction — to WhatsApp Web. This policy explains what data the extension handles and what leaves your device.

What stays on your device

Everything the extension works with runs locally in your browser and is stored with Chrome's local extension storage:

• Your WhatsApp messages, chats, and contacts — never uploaded anywhere
• Contact lists you import (CSV) and extract
• Message templates, quick replies, and scheduled campaigns
• Extension settings and trial usage counters

The extension's content scripts run only on https://web.whatsapp.com and on no other site.

What is sent to our server, and why

One thing only: license verification. If you choose to click "Sign in with Google", Google returns a signed identity token, and the extension sends that token to our license server to check whether your Google email has an active BizSend Pro purchase. We receive and store:

• Your Google account email address
• Your purchase/subscription status for BizSend

Sign-in is optional — the free trial requires no sign-in and sends nothing.

Payments

Purchases are processed by Gumroad. We never see or store your payment card details. Gumroad notifies our license server of the purchaser's email so Pro can be unlocked; Gumroad's own privacy policy applies to the checkout.

What we do NOT do

• We do not read, collect, store, or transmit your WhatsApp messages or contacts
• We do not sell or share any data with third parties
• We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs
• We do not collect browsing history

Data retention and deletion

License records (email + purchase status) are kept while your license is relevant. To have your record deleted, email us at the address below. Uninstalling the extension removes all locally stored data.
