We stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with any SwiftKit product within 30 days of purchase, we will give you a full refund. No questions asked. No hassle.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@swiftkit.app with:

• Your order number (from your Paddle receipt email)
• The email address used to purchase
• Brief reason (optional — helps us improve)

We will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The money returns to your original payment method.

Refund Eligibility

• ✅ Within 30 days of purchase — full refund
• ✅ Monthly subscription — refund current month if requested within 7 days of charge
• ✅ Lifetime license — full refund within 30 days
• ❌ After 30 days — refunds at our discretion

After a Refund

Once refunded, your Pro license will be deactivated. You can continue using the free version of the extension.
