Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By installing or using any SwiftKit extension, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension.
2. What SwiftKit Provides
SwiftKit provides Chrome browser extensions including SlotSniper (appointment slot monitoring) and SwiftGrab (download manager). These are software tools provided "as is".
3. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use our extensions. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the extension code
- Reverse engineer or decompile the extension
- Share, sell, or transfer your license key to others
- Use the extension for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to circumvent the license system
4. Pro Subscription and Lifetime License
Pro features require payment. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Lifetime licenses are one-time purchases valid forever for the current major version. License keys are for personal use only — one key per person.
5. No Guarantee of Slot Availability
SlotSniper monitors appointment pages but cannot guarantee that slots will be found or that you will successfully book an appointment. Slot availability depends entirely on the third-party booking system being monitored. SwiftKit is not responsible for missed appointments or booking failures.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our extensions only for lawful purposes. You must comply with the terms of service of any website you monitor using SlotSniper.
7. Limitation of Liability
SwiftKit is not liable for any damages arising from use of our extensions, including missed appointments, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
